Brook cottage is a beautifully recently renovated late 18 century cottage, with open fireplaces, original beams, and oak plank doors and floors.
The cottage sleeps 8 adults – 3 double rooms (1 En-suite) and 1 Twin.
Lounge with large screen TV (with Freeview) DVD and video player.
Dinning room with seating for 8 people (Cupboard containing games and books).
Kitchen-diner with electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer. Cleaning materials, washing-up liquid, tea towel provided.
Bedrooms with full bed linen and duvets. All beds are madeup prior to arrival. Each has ample storage space with wardrobe and hangers, dressing table, lamps and mirrors.
Family bathroom (With bath and shower and shaver point) ,also En-suite (with shower) and Cloakroom downstairs off the central hall.
Large enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ.
Safe off road parking for a minimum 4 cars. (garage parking for 2 cars)
